The Role: You will lead backend Odoo development, taking ownership of architecture design, complex integrations, and quality assurance across our core projects.

What You’ll Do?

• Design robust module architecture, custom data models, and business logic.
• Build seamless integrations to third-party systems.
• Apply a business-first approach to solve real business problems, leveraging your understanding of business processes and Odoo’s native capabilities rather than just rushing to code.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with an experienced development team using modern tools and Git workflows.

What We Expect?

• Business-First Mindset: You prioritize solving real business problems and seizing opportunities over rushing to code, backed by a strong understanding of business processes and Odoo’s native capabilities.
• Odoo Expertise: Solid background and at least 5 years of experience in Odoo backend development (Python, ORM, QWeb, XML, PostgreSQL). 
• Engineering Standards: Strong experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Problem Solving: Self-directed, able to architect scalable solutions independently.
• AI Tooling & Mindset: Proficiency with AI coding tools and processes combined with a strong drive to actively integrate AI into your daily workflow and technical solutions.
• Communication: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Location: Must be physically located and eligible to work within the European Union.
